Doctor K Consulting is the practice of Dr. Konrad Jakubowski, an SAP and clinical trial operations consultant based in St. Gallen, Switzerland, working internationally.

Konrad sits at an intersection that very few consultants occupy: deep SAP S/4HANA delivery experience in GxP-regulated environments, combined with genuine clinical trial operations knowledge. Most SAP consultants cannot navigate a clinical protocol. Most clinical supply managers cannot open a configuration screen. His background is deliberately built across both worlds. He trained as a scientist, completing a doctorate in Materials Science at ETH Zürich and a research fellowship at the University of Oxford, before building a career at the intersection of regulated SAP systems and pharmaceutical operations. He then invested in the clinical side formally, completing a DAS in Management of Clinical Trials at the University of Geneva, with a MAS in Drug Discovery and Clinical Development underway at the same institution. He has also completed SAP's Intelligent Clinical Supply Management (ICSM) learning journeys at both Introducing and Configuring level, alongside SAP Business Technology Platform foundational learning, deepening his readiness for partner-led ICSM delivery work.

It is the ability to sit in the same room as a clinical supply lead, an SAP architect, a quality officer, and a logistics partner, and leave the room with one shared understanding of what is being built and why.
